The short answer

Rockstar has named eleven people for Grand Theft Auto VI, on one page of its own site. That page is Only in Leonida, and it is the source for everything below. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos are the two playable leads. Around them sits a small supporting cast tied to specific parts of Leonida: Vice City and the Leonida Keys. This page lists only names that page actually gives, and says plainly where the detail runs thin.

The two leads

Jason and Lucia are the only two characters Rockstar has confirmed as playable. Rockstar’s bios say Jason grew up around grifters and crooks, tried the Army to get away from a troubled adolescence, and ended up back in familiar territory anyway, working for drug runners in the Keys. Lucia’s father taught her to fight, and that instinct got her into trouble protecting her family, landing her in Leonida Penitentiary before she got out. Both leads are described as wanting a way out of the life they are in, and Rockstar’s own framing puts their meeting at the center of the story.

The Vice City side: Boobie Ike, Dre’Quan Priest, and Real Dimez

Boobie Ike is described as a local figure who turned his time in the streets into a legitimate business spread across real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. His partner in the recording studio side is Dre’Quan Priest, whom Rockstar describes as more of a hustler than a gangster, who always wanted to break into music. Their label is called Only Raw Records, and its first signed act is Real Dimez, a rap duo made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy. Rockstar’s page says the two have been friends since high school and built a following partly through an early hit single alongside a local rapper named DWNPLY, who does not get a write-up of his own beyond that mention.

The Leonida Keys side: Brian Heder, Lori Heder, and Cal Hampton

Brian Heder is described as a longtime drug runner from an older era of smuggling in the Keys, who still moves product through a boat yard and lets Jason live rent free at one of his properties in exchange for help with local shakedowns. His third wife, Lori Heder, is named inside his write-up rather than given a page of her own. Cal Hampton is described as Jason’s friend and a fellow associate of Brian’s, who prefers staying home, listening to Coast Guard radio chatter, and keeping to himself.

A separate name: Raul Bautista

Raul Bautista is described by Rockstar as an experienced, confident bank robber who is always looking for people willing to take bigger risks for bigger rewards. Unlike the other names above, Rockstar’s page does not tie him directly to Vice City or the Keys in the text of his bio.
